<a name="evanston" / rel="nofollow">For years teaching leadership to clients I have always said: "the highest calling of leadership is to grow and develop your people." That is servanthood, even online. What do you do to grow and develop your followers?

Does it count as much since I cursed Mr. Lester when I accepted the award on his behalf, and then threw it to the ground and stomped it into little bitty pieces?

Oops — my memory hiccup. And even better: #SOLIDARITY led to an international podcast author placing a book with a major U.S. publishing house. Brava, Pip!

[Do check out Digital Magic, folks. I and many others have reviewed the novel on its Amazon page.]

Great points made all. Community and interaction is one thing I love about the podcasting community.
One correction however. The book that Solidarity helped me finish was in fact Geist, which my agent recently sold to Ace Books and will be published in 2010.
